The Great Assist

Brief: Create a campaign to motivate and engage FIFA staff and volunteers throughout the 2026 World Cup, while driving them to download and consistently use The Great Assist App: FIFA’s staff and volunteer recognition app.

Insight: While fans get a halftime, the people behind the game never do. Recognition becomes an afterthought.

Idea: We transformed recognition into entertainment, turning the app into a feel-good experience employees would actually want to engage with.
